Return and Resolution Policy
https://greencustomboxes.com provides custom box manufacturing, eco-friendly packaging, and printing solutions tailored according to each customer’s exact structural and design specifications.
If delivered packaging products do not meet the customer’s approved specifications or are defective due to manufacturing errors not present in the final approved proof, a free reprint or resolution of the order will be provided.
The defect will be assessed by Green Custom Boxes’s quality assurance management team under the following conditions:
- Customers must inform Green Custom Boxes via email at [email protected] within 3 working days of receiving the shipment, along with photographic or digital video evidence clearly demonstrating the manufacturing or print defects.
- The defected custom boxes or representative samples must be shipped back to our facility within 7 working days at the customer’s expense, accompanied by proper order documentation.
- Due to the custom nature of customized box production, all setup charges and order fees are non-refundable.
