Custom Blank Cigarette Boxes, Sized for Your Pack

Keep the surface unprinted without settling for a box that does not fit. Green Custom Boxes manufactures custom blank cigarette boxes around your dimensions, giving you a plain packaging format for fit evaluation, packaging development or a separately planned labeling process. Specify no printing when requesting your quote.

These are empty packaging boxes, not cigarettes or tobacco products. Start with the item you need to enclose: loose sticks, an already wrapped pack and a group of finished packs each require a different sizing brief.

Define What Blank Means for Your Order

A blank cigarette box has no printed artwork; an empty cigarette box simply has no contents. An empty box can still be printed. If your project needs a completely unbranded appearance, state whether both the outside and inside must remain unprinted, including any identification marks.

Unprinted does not automatically mean white, uncoated or ready for every printing process. Include your preferred surface appearance in the brief. If labels or graphics will be applied later, identify that process before the box specification is agreed.

Plan the Fit Before Choosing the Appearance

Pack count alone does not establish box size. Provide the finished cigarette length and diameter, the number of sticks, their intended row arrangement and any wrapping that occupies space inside. For boxes enclosing existing packs, measure the complete filled pack rather than using the cigarette dimensions.

  • State the measurement basis: label dimensions as internal usable space or external finished size, and include the units.
  • Describe the packing arrangement: explain which way the contents sit and how they will be inserted and removed.
  • Include other components: identify any separately supplied liner, wrap or label that affects fit or closing.
  • Show fixed limits: share shelf-space requirements or packing equipment constraints that the finished box must meet.

A reference pack or dimensioned sketch helps communicate the intended result. Ask which proof or sample options are available if you need to assess fit before committing to production; availability and terms need confirmation.

Review the Structure and Surface Together

The opening should suit your filling process as well as the way the pack will be used. Share a reference for your preferred closure and explain whether boxes will be filled manually or by equipment. A familiar cigarette-pack shape is not a substitute for agreeing the actual opening, folds and finished dimensions.

For a blank box, the visible board surface becomes a larger part of the presentation. If you are considering paperboard, cardstock or kraft, ask which stock is suitable and available for your specification. Board grade, thickness, surface treatment and closure choices are project-dependent, not fixed features of this page.

Leave Room for Any Later Labeling

Provide the label dimensions and intended panel position if a separate supplier will apply your branding or product information. Plan around folds and opening edges so the label does not unintentionally bridge a moving panel. Ask your label or print supplier to assess adhesion, ink compatibility and the finished result on the proposed surface rather than assuming any blank stock will work.

Keep an unprinted version and a printed version as separate specifications if both are needed. Green Custom Boxes also customizes printing; a printed project can be discussed through our custom cigarette boxes range without changing the no-print requirement for your blank order.

Compare Bulk Orders on the Same Specification

For blank cigarette boxes wholesale enquiries, separate quantities by size and structure. Confirm whether you need boxes delivered flat or assembled, and request confirmation of the available supply format. Different assembly requirements can change how your team receives, stores and fills the packaging.

Compare quotes using the same dimensions, board specification, no-print instruction and delivery requirements. Keep the agreed specification for repeat orders and flag any change to pack dimensions, labeling or equipment. Minimum quantity, pricing and production schedule must be confirmed for the actual order.

Request a Quote for Your Blank Cigarette Boxes

Send Green Custom Boxes your dimensions, pack count and arrangement, quantity per version, preferred opening, surface requirements and delivery destination. State clearly that the boxes must be unprinted; artwork is only needed if you request a separate printed version.

Before production, confirm the tobacco packaging and labeling rules that apply to your product and destination market. An unprinted box is not, by itself, compliant plain packaging, a certified child-resistant package or a freshness barrier. Share any applicable requirements with your enquiry so the proposed packaging can be assessed against your brief.
